As a full-time educator, I craved calm and clarity—but couldn’t find candles I trusted or could afford to burn regularly. When I started researching the candle industry, I was shocked by the lack of transparency in ingredients. That’s when I decided to create something better. Simone & Co. was born from the desire to offer clean, natural, affordable luxury candles—products that help you create a peaceful space without sacrificing health, quality, or style. We use 100% coconut wax, a clean, slow-burning, and sustainable alternative to traditional paraffin wax. Coconut wax burns cooler, lasts longer, and holds scent beautifully—making it the perfect base for a candle that’s both luxurious and environmentally conscious.

Burn time depends on the size and wick style: 7 oz – Up to 35 hours, 14 oz – Up to 60 hours and 9 oz wooden wick – Up to 45 hours. Our hand-poured candles are made with high-quality ingredients to offer a long, clean burn and incredible scent throw.

Your candle has a “memory”! For the best burn, allow your candle to melt across the entire surface during the first 3–4 hour burn. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures even melting every time you light it.

Trim your wick! We recommend trimming the wick before each burn (after the first) to about ¼ inch. This helps reduce flame height and ensures a steady, clean burn for your Simone & Co. handcrafted candle.

Orders typically ship within 4–7 business days, depending on the time of year. During holiday seasons or promotional periods, orders placed after December 17th will ship starting December 26th. All packages ship from Mississippi with tracking included.

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Exchanges are allowed for damaged or defective items within the same 14-day window. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds. Please note: return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged. If your item is broken or damaged during shipping, email us within 7 days of delivery at angela@simonecandles.com. We’ll take care of the issue and arrange a return, exchange, or refund. We ask that you do not use damaged candles and include clear photos in your message.

Of course! If your order is marked as a gift, and it ships directly to the recipient, they’ll receive a gift credit if returned. If you return a gifted item yourself, we’ll issue store credit or notify the original purchaser. Either way, our Mississippi handmade gifts make thoughtful presents for any occasion.
