We proudly ship anywhere in the United States. Each Brim Envy hat is carefully packed to protect its shape and decorative elements during transit. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days depending on availability and customization. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your Made in Mississippi hat all the way to your door.

Because each Brim Envy handmade hat is custom-decorated and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll work to make it right.
