We specialize in offering Mississippi handmade gifts, Southern handmade goods, and curated products — all selected with care. When you shop with us, you’re supporting real Mississippi businesses, real families, and the spirit of our local communities.
Many of our vendors create handmade gifts right here in Mississippi — including jewelry, clothing, home décor, and custom goods. Some vendors also offer curated products that fit our Southern and small business style. We clearly label handmade items in product descriptions whenever possible! Whether handmade or curated, every product reflects the heart of Southern craftsmanship and creativity.
Yes! Every vendor on Main Street Collective is a Mississippi-based small business. We proudly represent the makers, artists, and entrepreneurs who call Mississippi home. Our goal is to make it easier than ever for shoppers to discover Made in Mississippi gifts and support local talent.

After approval, you’ll gain access to your vendor portal where you can set up your storefront, load your products, and start selling.
New vendors must select a vendor plan (Essential Plan at $50/month or Pro Plan at $100/month) to activate their store.
Once approved, vendors receive login information for our Vendor Portal (powered by ShipTurtle).
From there, vendors can upload products, set pricing, add descriptions, assign categories, and track inventory.
We provide detailed training guides and video walkthroughs to help you every step of the way.

Since Main Street Collective hosts many different vendors, return policies can vary slightly by store.
In general, handmade, personalized, or custom items are final sale unless damaged.
For issues like shipping damage or order errors, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Each vendor’s return policy is listed on their storefront and/or product page. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us and we'll help!
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after purchase. Because many of our items are handmade by Mississippi small businesses, processing times may vary slightly depending on the vendor and the nature of the item. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time, which will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Methods
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Some vendors may offer free shipping promotions, which will be noted on applicable products or storefronts.
Multiple Vendors in One Order
Because Main Street Collective is a marketplace, if you order products from multiple vendors, your items may arrive in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination. Most orders within the United States are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during holidays, weather delays, or carrier disruptions.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, Main Street Collective is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If you experience issues, please first contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. If you need additional help, reach out to us at info@mainstreetco.us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Shipping Areas
Currently, we ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Many offices use desktop computers because they are not intended to be moved around a lot. In addition, affordability often plays a large role in someone’s decision as to whether to purchase notebook or desktop computers.
