     Order Processing: Our vendors aim to process all orders within 5-7  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation.

     Custom Orders: Please note that custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. This will be communicated to you at the time of order placement. If there are additional questions, vendors you purchased from may reach out to you.

     Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

     Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

     Shipping Carriers: Vendors on our site primarily use [USPS, UPS, FedEX, DHL]  for shipping.

Return Process

Refunds and Exchanges
