Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase! But if for any reason you need to return an item, we would love to accommodate you by offering an online store credit. All items must be returned to us within 5 days of receipt. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Merchandise must be in its original condition. Tags attached, not worn, no makeup stains, no perfumes, deodorant or smoke smell, no pet hair, etc. Be mindful of car scents, candles and smoke in your home and car. We are a small business and do not operate like big retail stores. This merchandise must be returned in a timely fashion for resell. Items returned outside of return window will be refused. You will not be credited nor receive the item back (your mailing stamp must be within 5 days of when USPS delivered to you). *DAMAGES** If you receive an item that has damages notify us immediately. However, we will not accept any returns to an item if it has been worn or washed and damage is found after. Please take careful note to care instructions. If the item is hand wash only. Do not put it in your washing machine and likewise if it is dry clean only. Damages found outside of return window will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. DO NOT OPEN YOUR PACKAGE WITH SCISSORS < DAMAGES WITH CUTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. We check every item before it is shipped. Keep It Trendy works very hard to ship packages the next business day after order has been placed. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Keep It Trendy Boutique cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions that affect mail delivery. We will ship to any address in the United States. We may not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during the checkout process. Please make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want your package delivered, and that all pertinent information, such as your house number, suite number, or apartment number, are included and correct.
