Returns & Exchanges

Because Thistle & Herb products (body butters, lotions, balms, lotion bars, beeswax candles) are handmade, small-batch, and personal care items, all sales are final for change of mind for safety and hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please use the Contact Seller button within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. After verification, we will provide a replacement or store credit as appropriate. Custom items or heavily used items are not eligible for return unless we made an error.

Shipping Information

Orders are processed and shipped from Mississippi within 3-5 business days, unless demand or seasonal factors cause slight delays. We ship via USPS with tracking provided once your order leaves our studio. Currently we ship only within the United States. Because our products are tallow- and beeswax-based, we package them carefully to protect from heat, melting, or damage. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address after placing your order, use the Contact Seller button immediately; we will try to correct it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has left our studio.
