Because Harkins Chairs are luxury, highly custom, and handcrafted pieces, custom orders are generally made to your specifications and have longer lead times. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Greg or the team as soon as possible to discuss a remedy. Given the bespoke nature of much of the work, non-defective custom or personalized items are considered final sale. Minor variations in wood grain, color, weave, and finish are expected and are part of the natural character of hand-made furniture.

Shipping Information

All Harkins Chairs are handmade in Canton, Mississippi by Greg Harkins using traditional techniques. Fully assembled artisan-crafted chairs are available with nationwide shipping. Delivery times depend on production, since each chair is made to order using time-honored hand-splitting, cane weaving, mortise and tenon joinery, and other craftsmanship that takes real time. Once your order is ready, shipping is arranged and you will receive details for tracking.
