Delta Soul: Where Mississippi Grit Meets Gulf Coast Purpose - Main Street Collective L.L.C

Delta Soul: Where Mississippi Grit Meets Gulf Coast Purpose

25% of every sale goes directly to cleaning waterways in Mississippi and Florida

You don’t have to look far in the Mississippi Delta to find soul. It’s in the music, the mud, the people—and it’s in every stitch of clothing from Delta Soul, one of the newest vendors to join Main Street Collective, your hub for Mississippi handmade gifts and local pride.

Founded by a husband-and-wife team originally from the Mississippi Delta and now splitting time between Holcomb, Mississippi and Clearwater, Florida, Delta Soul is more than a clothing brand—it’s a mission. Each handmade shirt supports their nonprofit, the Salty Soul Foundation, which has removed over 30,000 pounds of trash from beaches, riverbanks, and coastal waters since 2011.

“We started this because we love where we’re from—and we want to protect it,” the founders shared. “Delta Soul grew out of our desire to fund cleanups through creative work, and to stay connected to our Mississippi roots—even while living part-time in Florida.”

Their collection of Mississippi-made shirts blends function with purpose. From UV-blocking performance tees designed for long days outdoors to blues-inspired graphic shirts and soft hoodies, every item is rooted in Delta culture—think cotton fields, catfish ponds, hunting blinds, harmonicas, and hard work.

And the best part? Every shirt you buy helps clean up the places you love most.
25% of every purchase goes directly to the Salty Soul Foundation (Delta Chapter)—with plans underway to expand full-time cleanup operations across Mississippi.

So if you want to wear your Mississippi pride and actually do something good in the process, this is the gear to grab.
