Returns & Exchanges

At Gracefully Me Creations, we pour heart into every tumbler, badge reel, and custom drinkware design. Because many items are personalized or handmade, all sales are final for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please use the Contact Seller button within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue. After verification, we will replace or remake the piece, or issue a store credit. Personalized or custom designs are not eligible for return unless they were shipped incorrectly or flawed on arrival.

Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days, unless custom work requires extra time. Once items are shipped, you will get a confirmation email including tracking information. We ship within the United States, and delivery time after shipping depends on your location and selected shipping method. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, use the Contact Seller button immediately so we can attempt to correct it before your item is dispatched; changes cannot be guaranteed once the package leaves our workshop. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or fees will be calculated at checkout.
